स्व-वित्तपोषित कला, विज्ञान, विधि और प्रबंधन महाविद्यालयों का संघ (फेडरेशन) वर्ष 2023 में शुरू किया गया था। इस फेडरेशन की शुरुआत स्वयं के सामने आने वाली समस्याओं और मुद्दों की रक्षा और संरक्षण के लिए सभी प्रबंधन महाविद्यालयों को एक छत के नीचे लाने के उद्देश्य से की गई थी। फेडरेशन में पूरे भारत वर्ष के विभिन्न कॉलेज प्रबंधन के सदस्य हैं। लोकतांत्रिक संरचना, स्वैच्छिक भागीदारी, पारदर्शी कार्य, अराजनीतिक चरित्र और शिक्षक-छात्र कल्याण और अकादमिक खोज के प्रति निष्पक्ष दृष्टिकोण की प्रेरक शक्तियों के साथ फेडरेशन शिक्षा के संबंध में हमारे पूर्वजों के सपनों को पूरा कर रहा है। फेडरेशन धर्मनिरपेक्षता के सिद्धांतों और सभी के लिए सामान अधिकार द्वारा निर्देशित है। स्वतंत्रता के बाद, भारत को उच्च शिक्षा तक पहुंच अनिवार्य रूप से सार्वजनिक विश्वविद्यालयों, कॉलेजों और अन्य संस्थानों के माध्यम से प्राप्त थी। उच्च शिक्षा तक पहुंच सीमित थी और नामांकन अनुपात 5 प्रतिशत से नीचे रहा। हालाँकि भारत ने पिछले दशक में संस्थानों और छात्रों की बढ़ती संख्या के साथ सुधार दिखाया है, लेकिन यह अभी भी जीईआर के वैश्विक अनुपात के अनुरूप नहीं है। दुनिया भर में औसत जीईआर अनुपात 30% माना जाता है, और संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका 39%, यूके 59%, जापान 55% और चीन 28% की तुलना में भारत अभी भी पीछे है। भारत को एक महाशक्ति के रूप में प्रतिस्पर्धा करने के लिए अधिक संस्थानों और मान्यता की आवश्यकता है। विकसित देशों में स्व-वित्तपोषण संस्थान लंबे समय से अस्तित्व में हैं और शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में महत्वपूर्ण सेवा प्रदान कर रहे हैं। हालाँकि, शुरुआती तीन-चार दशकों में "समाजवाद" का चोला ओढ़ने वाले भारत को शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में निजी क्षेत्र की क्षमता का एहसास थोड़ा देर से हुआ। कई राज्यों में स्व-वित्तपोषण संस्थानों की संख्या और शिक्षा में वो\यापक योगदान के बाद भी वैश्विक पटल पर उनका शोषण और दोहन लगातार जारी है। स्ववित्तपोषित संस्थानों को कभी मानकों के नाम पर कभी अनियमित्ताओ का बहाना देकर लगातार दुहने का काम किया जा रहा है। फेडरशन अपने सभी स्ववित्तपोषित संस्थानों के हितो की रक्षा के लिए उनके साथ है और क़ानूनी दृष्टिकोण से सभी को साथ लेकर सम्पूर्ण भारत में कार्य कर रही है।
